It is given by the admins. You'll have to build a reasonable reputation of yourself here first then submit the application in the safe trader application thread which is located in Garage Sales corner.

The tag shows that they have 'earned' the reputation by doing a lot of successful deals, having good relations with buyers and also being honest and ethical.

However, you must realize that a person can turn from 'good' to 'bad' anytime.

So just becareful whenever you deal. A safe trader is likely to be more trustable than others, but that doesn't mean he or she can be fully-trusted.

It means that he's more trustable than others, but keep in mind that no one, safe traders, admins or mods are fully trustable

yours is trade enforcer... so most probably you're the first that i would be suspicious of.
