There is an event by Honda at Langkawi where the City was put against its competitors, the Polo Sedan, almari and god car. There a test where participants (members of the media) had to avoid two obstacles of boxes continuously without pulling the emergency brake.

Needless to say, the almari n god car phailed the test by crashing into the boxes and the City overcame it thanks to the VSA. But everyone was surprised when the Polo Sedan passed the test, despite it did not have any vehicle stability control systems.

That explains the Polo sedan's has a one hell of a good chassis.

Despite that Naza did a great job by bringing more choices to Mysians. Their marketing strategy was great for their PSA cars are great as well.
Too new. Yet again, I think its underpowered.
The current Polo sedan is now CKD in Mysia. It is not an Indian tech mate, get it right

As for the chassis, it is extremely important in handling , ride comfort and safety.

Earlier this week, we showed you pics of a Volkswagen Polo hatchback being tested by JPJ. Snapped by our regular Putrajaya spy Anol Alias, the white hatch has many differences compared to the Polo TSI currently on sale in Malaysia. We detailed the visible changes and speculated that the car in question was a locally-assembled CKD unit from Pekan.

We now have confirmation that the Polo hatchback is indeed being locally-assembled in Pekan, where VW also puts together the Passat and Polo Sedan. Our friends at Indian Autos Blog (thanks Shrawan!) got the word from Volkswagen India, which said that CKD kit shipments from Chakan, India to Malaysia started in July this year, and that assembly at the DRB-Hicom facility started in September.

At yesterday’s official launch of the 2014 VW Polo Sedan, Volkswagen Group Malaysia’s MD Dr Zeno Kerschbaumer, in response to a question on the CKD Polo hatch, replied that there would be news on this in the coming weeks.

So this is how you conclude the car quality? Base on the country manufactured rather than the design and engineering effort. It seems to me that you are saying these plant set up in India does not have training and QC at all?
I have personally visited the plant and I understand that continental brand tends to placed less importance to gadget but they do focus on building the right foundation of the car.
Yes we are very disappointed that they had omitted the Traction control and the paint job done in Pekan is not up to standard but the quality of the chassis and the reliability of these
proven engine and GB pairing cant be overlook. You should also take a look at how the Polo Sedan is insulated compared with cars in similar segment.
