Wa new owner of PS4? I'm a fellow Penangnite so curious if you pre-ordered Bloodborne or bought from local retail? If latter which shops have Bloodborne in stocks? Really gatal to get it ASAP.
I''ve not completed the game yet...right after the orange moon sequence now. But...
Anyone else feel that the bosses in BB are not as hard as they should be? They really are a far cry from the PITA bosses from the Souls series. Perhaps it's because they toned down the difficulty since there are no shields in BB.
SoY, Rom, BSB, Witch, Cleric, and Amygdala were all too easy. Slaughtered them on 1st or 2nd attempt. Father G and Logarius seemed hard but during their 2nd phases their movesets were so predictable that they became a laughing stock after I repeatedly visceral-ed them.
The hardest enemies for me were Amelia, the werewolf NPC @ Forbidden Woods, and that Cainhurst Hunter. And 2 of those were not even bosses!
Did you guys had trouble on the same 3 enemies I mentioned too?
I don't mind them being difficult, I mind that I have to walk damn far just to have a re-match.
Haha the level design in BB is actually quite "player-friendly". I find myself dying less because of falling to death when retracing my steps and the locations were easy to memorize too.
Have you played DS1? There is a place called Blighttown which till this day, remains the bane of my existence. It was dark, dreadful, full of gaps, deep, and downright PITA to explore in that area.
Haha sorry. It's actually the last hunter you hunt for Eileen. It's just that he is wearing the Cainhurst Knight set with the Chiikage and Evelyn arms.
Owh ok, then I spoke too soon. Dungeon chalice seems to be challenging, have not tried any yet. You guys explore the dungeons after the main story? Or ocassionally in between?
Also I'm currently at Yahargul with the bell rings and I experienced an audio bug. The bass levels reduced to zero and all I can hear are faint contained sounds. I thought it was that area only but seemed to be the whole game. Have not restarted it yet but is this normal?
so uh I opened a chest with some top hat and items inside the chest, suddenly theres some meteor and shit and I become superman and died, not sure what happened
That sir, is something u have to discover for urself later on in the game. It ain't a glitch or bug if that is what ur asking
Coincidentally, I have recently defeated that "meteor" of urs in the defiled chalice after 20 or so tries @ lvl120. This "meteor" is by far the hardest boss I have encountered in Bloodborne and is truly the only boss deserving the Souls-difficulty honor. Only the Isz and Ihyll chalices left now.
Guys, was PSN down around 9PM last night? I tried playing in offline mode but was greeted with the message stating that the DLC could not be loaded. Tested the connection via the PS4 settings menu and the error message popped up too.
Will try again after work to see if can play today.
DLC Progress update: Just defeated Living Failures and now entering Astral Clocktower. Loving the DLC so far as its a clever way of reusing previous map design and 'telling' the story through newly added ones. Genius move. Are there any known DLCs in the future? Or will the next addition be its sequel?
Goodness me...both Rakuyo and Moonlight are IMBA as hell...and I haven't event equipped them with PHY 23% blood gems yet!
And that is my question guys: I don't have PS+ subs, so can I just randomly create foetid or cursed dungeons and farm these stones myself? As opposed to using other ppl's glyph codes?
