Very tough and challenging. For example, casual enemies come in gang and might kill you in two or two attacks.

Guys, can help me understand what is Chalice?

I use it and then summon a 3 layer dungeon? Once beat all the boss I get new Chalice then I can summon another one to challenge? But I see online the players are sharing the code? What for? Every dungeon is random with own treasures?

Be patient. Don't try to spam your attack, attack 1 or 2 blows and retreat for your stamina.

Single out one enemy at a time.

Fight dirty. Throwing bombs and knife are not some cowardly actions, they are valid strategy.

Learn to use visceral attack

Just beat Rom the spider. Died lots of time because trying to be careful and stupid spiders and blue meteor. Then decided to be aggressive and keep pushing, and killed the bastard!

I find chalice dungeon really boring. Repetitive enclosed space, and stupid farming for the materials

I kinda figured out something's not right with iosefka's attitude, but I don't think the creepy guy in the cathedral is any good too

I did started her quest, then I stumbled upon her fighting another NPC there...I tried to help but got killed, then she was killed as well. Sidequest failure ol

Where should I go after beating The One Reborn? The Cainhurst? or Nightmare of Mensis/Frontier?

Currently at lower chalice dungeon. Wasted all my heal potion on the 3 chieftain bosses

BSB easy to parry and do visceral attack.

I died when it went crazy and start spilling poison around when it's dying. Need to be aggressive when that happened, but still look for opening for visceral attack

My game crashed on me in Byrgenwerth. Near the lamp, once I killed an insect, I was stuck and can't move. Restart multiple times but still the same results. Luckily I backed up just 2 days ago and didn't play much there.

Nothing works. I can only press R1 and it will stuck there

Overwrite with my old save files. Luckily I didn't progress much

Beat Amygdala...it was easier than expected. I didn't feel satisfaction beating it though. It was my 2nd try and I would have made it the first round but got careless. I got more annoyed at trying to hit the arms and the whole camera screw.

The worst part of dying a lot is the time spending running back to the boss, and also the time wasted to farm blood vials

Beat Mergo's wet nurse, Gehrman and Moon Presence

Gherman fight was pretty awesome, though I think the Father fight was better for the same style, more exciting and get my blood pumping. Moon Presence and Mergo were kinda ok, they sorta died while I dodge (or recover hp) and hacking away.

Ah well, it has been a fun game. Gonna play FF XV demon and then FF Type 0 next.

I love the BSB fight. It definitely got me really excited and the fight was intense. It was really exciting to time the visceral attack perfectly and getting aggressive when it started bleeding poison.

Cleric Beast, I beat it on first try. It is kinda case of "wait what happened?" when I won. I think it's because it's hugging the screen far too much and I keep rolling around and hacking.

I thought Logarius was pretty ok...though I died lots of time to him due to impatience (getting killed a lot by those ghost ladies too when trying to run pass them lol)

Thinking back and compare this to Dark Souls 2 (the only souls game I have played), I feel the boss fights lack the "hell yeah!!!" factor when I won. There are lots of case of "wait, what happened?" or "that's it?" moments when I beat the boss. The satisfaction simply isn't there. It is weird though. I feel that BB's boss fight is more fair compared to DS2's (too many multiple enemies on you fights or bad boss arenas)...hmmm
