Guys, I've just started an online store under a dropship program selling arts, crafts and scrapbook materials, tools and accessories. the thing is almost all of the materials are taken from a wholesaler in the USA. everytime I receive an order, I'll forward the order to them and they'll prepare the package for delivery straight to the customer, so they'll invoice me on the products + shipping.
however, the shipping method used, USPS Express Mail, which cost me a bomb... Of course its reliable, trackable and insured, but its eating up my profit. despite the high margin from the dealer's discounted pricing, my bottomline is drastically reduced by high shipping cost and import & sales tax.
So I need to find ways to cut down my cost to make it worthwhile. is there any service or company that i can engage from Malaysia that can offer service to pickup the stuff directly from the supplier and bring it over?
