I found a bug in my K618i
I am using the latest firmware R1ED001.
Whenever I press 6 and 9 together (press at the same time), my phone will shutdown.
This happens 8 out of 10 time whenever I try it.

Just want to know if other K618i users having the same problem.

you mean there is way for the phone to pull appointments and mails from MS Outlook ?

Yup..use the sony ericsson pc suite

I've tried pressing button 6 and 9, nothing happened?
I've found a bug though, when I set a shortcut function (I set Calendar shortcut on the Navigation Key Right), after restart of the phone, it will revert to its default shortcut setting.

How 'bout other K618i users out there?

Have you tried pressing other combination of keypad, like (1and2), (2and3)... etc
To my experience, 6+9 is the most frequent to have problem.

Regarding your shortcut problem, I used to have that problem also.
Everytime after I use the cable to transfer file, the navigation shortcut is gone!

My way to solve it is:
1)Set your Navigation key shortcut
2)Manually shutdown your phone
3)Restart your phone
After this, your navigation shortcut should be permanently saved.

yes, this phone has no af. and no flash. the vga camera in front can only capture pictures during vid calls.

Wah no AF..and no flash..nowonder the price can be so competitive now.
any known firmware upgrades for those function to be applicable?

MyPhoneExplorer is a 3rd party software, why do u want to run it all the time? As I mentioned in my previous post, batt life will decrease significantly if u leave the phone's BT on AND run MPE on your computer. MPE will monitor ur phone all the time, u will see the BT icon on the phone ON all the time. That means the phone's bluetooth is transmitting as long as MPE is running. Turn off ur BT or MPE and u will extend the batt life to at least 2.5-3 days.

My Bluetooth is Always off... Just that the 3G is always on since 4 days ago... I took the phone to maxis centre. They configure my 3G... Hence always on... Battery will last 36 hrs if I didn't listen to music or Surf the net...

no af is hardware not software related hence cant be upgraded thru firmware
