Hey everyone, does anybody know where can I fix my nexus 5 power button? When I press it will not lock and if I press too many times it will restart the phone. My unit is AP set.

Impossible if you used the long method and yet retain OmniRom. I suspect you just do wipe data/factory reset. Doing that doesn't remove omni from your phone. To go back stock, you either flash the stock or do fastboot exactly like method 2 (the long way)
The one in bold is the /system folder where your OS currently reside. So suggest you re-do again from the start.

Aiya. Problem in the end is that he didn't install adb/fastboot drivers. No wonder it didn't work.

I called LG, they say they dun have parts to fix Nexus 5. I can't find Jasonchi at garage sales.

Copy got 25GB, Drive got 25GB, Dropbox got 9.13GB. Redeem all the free space they give out LOL !

I disabled Dropbox and Box long time ago. Now just concentrate on Google Drive only, cos I use little cloud storage now ( used 25% out of 25GB Gdrive, mainly email )

Tried a few betas and not 1 was laggy (for me), just wasn't stable that time (for me)
Maybe bad dl/flash or something.
If it's hammerhead, it doesn't matter which version. Both are the same except for the LTE bands.

i was using PA from january, and just left it with the constant OTA's

however todad, my phones just fcking up badly and is on a constant loop at the beginning...can hardly get the phone to start...

whats stable and good for everyday usage now?

stock 4.4.4 with elementalx on ART

Stock is stable.
But I'm on Rastakat. Stable as well. It is very close to stock, so the customization is limited (if you want customization you can install xposed)

Hi guys! I bought a Nexus 5 yesterday from this seller. This is my first Nexus although I have been using HTC, Sony and Samsung Androids for a while now.

I don't plan to root because I'm quite satisfied with the performance so far. Coming from a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, the smoothness is very noticeable even though the S4 Active has similar specs. Only minor complaints I have so far is that my S4 Active screen quality is better and the Nexus 5's loudspeaker isn't very clear.

The only customization I've done is to install Nova Launcher Prime (my favourite launcher) and L Emoji Keyboard (to get the Android L keyboard).

i agree. the smoothness is there when on ART

My S4 Active isn't using an AMOLED screen. It's using a TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen. It's not the same as the regular S4.
