SDP is a GLC that got KPI to meet ma bro, so got to maximize profit lo!

The fact is TG will be their only G&G prop iin PH, so it is understandable for them to charge premium prices.
Ultimately, it is up to us whether to buy or not, they have strong holding power & they will not reduce their prices even though their TG props cant sell. However, they will give a bit of rebate & freebies la like subsidizing the mainteance fees to push sales.
800psft is really too much, so I am aiming at their SOHO/apmt near the LRT hub instead
