In johor this place. Got many law. Got royal law, Islam law, civil law. N also sing law may change to against those PR at Singapore plan to stay at the other side... Money only spend at johor but not in Singapore.

May go titanic jialat because of all these law things.

boleh and lion government political issue, royal law issue and islamic law issue juggle the property fate here. quite risky. sudden change of law or raise of toll fee....etc. may cause all the sing pipu flee back and investor run away.

feel like this place gonna be kookookai cannon room. and crime rate will all time high at jb.

those singpipu will come out a mindset those singpipu stay jb side is low class singpipu. a little bit macam penang island and penang mainland. and this place jb only for bolehland guli to stay.

sing taukeh can cut down cost even further for those bolehland guli stay at jb. average bolehland guli can pay so high rental? and eventually they will setup a company here just to pay cheap ringgit to bolehland guli and bangala kuli. no need pay sing dollar rate.

when sing sme come johor open business setup company lagi jialat.
bolehland kuli cannot go earn sing dollar liao. all pay low local rate salary.
jialat liao no bolehland kuli afford to stay new expensive condo at jb.

more reason to buy this rf liao. when isis come here. we need to run to lionland. closer the better. johor become ideal place. especially rf.

hope lionland can take over johor. they can't afford enemy step on lionland soil. lionland mostly are well train army anytime can battle. rf is a must buy buy buy project.

But may have more sing retired pipu come stay at jb. Sing pipu may see jb as a retired heaven. Due to cheap living expenses and closer to their 2nd generation family at sing. Easy for them go back sing visit their kid or cucu. Or their family come visit them once awhile. But the location must near all amenities best within walking distance.

Same macam Japanese situation. Once retired most of them can't afford to stay at their country anymore. Many already plan to stay oversea with lower expenses. At msia here Penang, kl and Johor is their best retirement location. Met a taxi driver at Tokyo. He said he already plan to stay at Penang when he retired. Coz few of his frens already retire and wait for him to come over Penang to join them. He said 3 more years going to join them. He very excited and can't wait for it.

Maybe. Also met a Japanese hot spring resort taukeh at Japan also mention he already bought 2 Biji in iskandar for his retirement use. 1 for own stay and 1 to rent out macam airbnb Easy for him to manage at least got some job to do after retired. or for his kid stay there when come visit them.

For high pay income foreign pipu come for Retirement ok lar.

But for pipu working at sing stay at jb don't think ok lor. Every day go in out. Time, entry fee, transport fee all add up Sibeh kaw. With the new development price ini macam. Better rent at sing Liao. Or rent some cheap jb condo will do.

So far all my frens who work in sing never heard they rent at jb work in sing. Most of them rent, room , studio or kongsi $ rent whole unit at sing. They even get a weekend car at sing. Only heard 1 of my fren Work in sing bought a sub sale landed DSL at jb dirt cheap for his weekend home + investment. Weekday stay sing.
