ok Medini is leasehold. big problem. dont touch leasehold. only touch freehold.

so all superstar developers in medini are facing problem now and then.

What is the problem with LH? Lots of condos in KV also leasehold.

When there's no choice, then go for leasehold. If got freehold but you still buy leasehold, you brain might need some checking? That might be a problem? icon_question.gif

And Princess Cove is freehold in Super Prime area. nod.gif

u will know it when market turns bad. Lh n fh now seems the same but u will feel the gap over long run.

One of the main highlights of MM2H is that foreigners can buy FREEHOLD properties in Malaysia as compared to peers...

In SG, Freehold condos are very expensive and rare...

In Malaysia where land is abundant and there's plenty of FREEHOLD properties, why go for LEASEHOLD??

Leasehold is cheap because it is precisely a LEASE.. and value will definitely starts to depreciates once remaining lease left 60 yrs old..
