Let's take the Singaporean investor option. That they love iskandar. Give me a break. I travel to Singapore often for work. The bulk of middle class Singaporeans would never want to live in that shithole johor. The security issues enough to make them freak out.

If they are being honest, the bulk of them are only speculating. No way the masses would buy for their own stay. So, who's gonna occupy your highly priced iskandar condos? Ghost ah?
