QUOTE(iguana_tan @ Jun 29 2014, 10:20 PM) Quazacolt I saw a Malaysian version of Initial-D highway/straight road 180 nothing special, no initial d lol mind to share how long you "botak" your tyre? and how come yr brake wont over heat when u doing down hill... tires haven't botak, just rotated around 7k km. and i've driven more aggressively downhill, cooked the pads over 350c also never fade. more relaxed driving (road still wet btw) like i did on the video would never ever fade the pads unless they are really thinned/almost finish then that's understandable. https://plus.google.com/+JasonLimQuazacolt/posts/cj2qpZfx6rH QUOTE(llaw @ Jun 30 2014, 12:38 AM) Quazacolt Drive safely bro yea it did intervened once during downhill... bad habit on letting my tail swing out during touge...I saw ASC kicking in By the way, what dash cam you using? Pretty clear at night *most* of the time it doesn't activate, but in this case it did even though the situation was rather controlled and speed wasn't really that fast. the ultimate goal is still to never have the system intervening at all while driving/cornering as fast as i could camera used was a go pro rip off, SJ4000 from foxoffer.com rm3xx vs over rm1k for original go pro hehe |

QUOTE(llaw @ Jun 30 2014, 09:00 AM) With ASC at your back pocket, you have extra margin of error true i guess lol... a faster/better way to train is to off asc altogether, although on public roads, i just don't feel safe doing it. i mean, already spent the money to install it, might as well leave it on right? lolHow's the wear on your CC5? Mine wear out pretty quick considering low mileage and I don't drive fast. The rubber just "peeled" off on some part of the threads. Really bad quality. The camera looks like a good deal... will research more on it for my cc5, about 7k km already 20-30% left till TWI... damn fast wear they rotated to the rear already, and the front that's supposedly looking ok, already peeled in just one genting run last 2 ish weeks ago. my picture also showed on the peeling |

QUOTE(iguana_tan @ Jun 30 2014, 09:47 AM) manual seem very syok, your accelerate speed up quite fast, our brake pad seem not bad ya even at 350c also functioning well. actually i just keep on low gear (mostly sit on 2 being lazy) only lol... not really whacking it hard to upshift 3rd or even 4th then downshift heel toe *coughlikeinitialdlorhcough* got few longer stretches can go 4th if you don't wanna push red lines, heel toe would be easier too though at that point you're playing with death itself as you'll be around 130-150kph even on an uphill |

QUOTE(mytmnet @ Jul 1 2014, 04:56 PM) I changed my Inspira Coolant at proton SC and they use one bottle with pipe water. i stopped using pipe water for all my cars (iswara/sentra/kancil) since few years ago, so yea i would say no to SC to fill pipe water too Yes , pipe water, it consider normal but Savvy hate pipe water, another Proton SC use RO water, is better. I will flush and change it myself next time Before changing the coolant, max temperature recorded 83 C, after change, still 83 C. Next time try this RP see will lower or not actually, unless you're using something like redline water wetter (subjective), coolant shouldn't affect water temps. it merely increases boiling temperature |
