you really ... rclxms.gif  i really cant imagine if i reach tht speed  rclxub.gif

it was scary no doubt.

road was a bit wet (As per video)
although thankfully no cross wind at all.

at the very end of the video you can see the meter pointing about 230kph there.
though gps highest recorded was 211.

so on 240kph or so it'll be around 215-220 officially biggrin.gif

Normally the give you the Elf Tranself TRJ 75W-80 oil.. which is the same as the one used for Savvy.
Our gearbox is ancient I think, still use GL3 grade oil. Others already move to GL4 ~GL5. I don't dare to pour in other gear oil scare screw up the syncro . Tht yellow metal very sensitive.
*
GL3/4 is compatible.
5-6 are with EP additives which *may* harm yellow metals.

our car not sports car with lsd/differentials, no extreme pressure.

go read up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gear_oil
numbers higher != better/needed

also our car platform is since 2006/2008 ish, it can be considered ancient depending on how you think.

Sounds like you already mentally and physically prepared to face 240km/h ph34r.gif
Or you can try risk free method... put on dyno machine and whack till meter finish, record meter and rpm area exclude the surroundings laugh.gif
*
dyno sure can't, need downhill incline lol

Previously Nissan oil compare to Pennzoil Platinum, Pennzoil travel more than 50KM full tank.

This time Ultra Platinum should be better tongue.gif

Myself 0w-40w ultra platinum on the way.
*
typo or extreme race driver?

or you meant, existing xx km, it's 50 additional over that value?

dear sifus,

i need advise regarding my inspira i just bought recently.

when lightly pressing accelerator there's no obvious sound, but if pressing further there's a "hissing" sound from the driver side.

thx in advance
*
you try off air cond see if still got this hissing sound or not

20k km service? last time i went for 40k service, 9am reach, 11am my turn and 1.30 settled...  rclxub.gif
*
10k km, my turn is like 11:30, but very fast since i was there beside my car the whole time so the dude can't slack tongue.gif
and i told him fluids no need check since i check them all the time myself (but he still check anyways as per SOP lol)

just didnt need to top off since they are topped and i instructed no need to bother with the washer fluid too.
helped him to open up the EO bottles too and minor misc stuff, so things can be done easier/faster laugh.gif

mainly, i completed my objective and collected my used oil sample preparing to send to USA blackstone labs soon laugh.gif

updating my spreadsheet laugh.gif

amsoil/redline mtl still in the lead.
lightest viscosity on cold start is on amsoil @ 48.3
shell however has the lightest viscosity after heated up (which explains the lower VI) @ 9.55
