if my guess .. i think NO!.. lolz

why .. bcoz they need to order by volume ... and all 2.4 engines (model variant) .. all comes with ASC ... the volume in malaysia is way too little to allow them to customize .. hence they just order other country variant and bring in..

same goes to ASX ... very obvious .. the 4WD version not much choice.. i think they are forced to take the version with ASC ... (assemble locally does not means you can put what ever parts you want.. but defined by variant already)
