This looks like an interesting game.

I take Watch Dogs to be kind of prove of concept whether it will work or not.

First Assassins Creed sucked. Subsequent games are better and better.
First Far Cry by Ubisoft, Far Cry 2 also kinda sucked. Great for some people. Far Cry 3 was great.

Then, now both games are massive franchise for Ubisoft now.

WD 2 might be the game we are waiting for.
