I studied in cyber b4...and u will be surprise to know the numbers of students who prefer dengkil and seri kembangan as well apart from cheaper option in CJ

The competitiveness. U cn say per head 400 while some units might offer 500 or 600 per room.

Because i yet to encounter any rm 2.4k+ apartment near uni area yet?hmm.gif
A simple search in mudah for cyberia which is the closest apartment with mmu will give u rm400/room on average. Not per head.
