Phase 1 of Roppongi will be the construction of CUCMS. Groundbreaking was today. CUCMS will move from their present leased premise to their new campus when its ready by 2018.

Phase 2 - 1,260 units
Phase 3 - 708 units Phase 4 - 816 units Phase 5 - 560 units That's 3,344 units of student accommodation. No mention of international school or university. Seems like the supply of student accommodations will be well taken care of by Roppongi.
