Condo / apt (>1000ft2) - safe bet for both appreciation n rental.

Nowadays the name of a project just ambik from other happening city. kinda shows lack of creativity.

i wish roppongi give more commercial/business life to cyber. Already too much hostel/studio in cyberjaya.

Phase 1 of Roppongi will be the construction of CUCMS. Groundbreaking was today. CUCMS will move from their present leased premise to their new campus when its ready by 2018.

Phase 2 - 1,260 units
Phase 3 - 708 units
Phase 4 - 816 units
Phase 5 - 560 units

That's 3,344 units of student accommodation. No mention of international school or university. Seems like the supply of student accommodations will be well taken care of by Roppongi.

er...what will happen to current CUCMS apartments in 2018 when these students accommodation are completed.

But these purposely student shoebox la.Pembangunan Pendidikan Swasta. Nothing to do with public i assume.
