My Note II has trouble booting up after I replaced the display myself. Volt & amp metre tells me the phone is drawing .67 amp. Phone motherboard area (not battery) warms up and display dosen't display battery charging indicator. Sometimes playing with the power button gets the device to turn on but most of the time nothing happens. Battery problem?
