I was looking for this person, I bought a mp4 player from him bout 3 months ago... at rm220, as he said all the items that he sold hv 1 year warranty.... i bought the mp4 player for my sister as his birthday gift. How ever the mp4 can't be use anymore coz got problem with the main button, now looking for him to claim the warranty, but till now, unable to find him, anybody know how to find him plz pm me asap....... thanks

Yep, it should be alright. Even without the card they accept. Take it to the nearest service center. |

i dont think you can claim warranty from him lor... what he meant by '1 year warranty' is from the product manufacturer itself.
what brand izzit anyway? |

the prob is, that thing don't hv any brand, and i just know it made i china.... i don't know how to find the service centre. that why i looking for him

Now lots this kind of stuff. You must find him to claim But pls prepare that even you find him, very likely there will problem with warranty AFAIK the china factory norm produce the item for few weeks then total change product line up without any spare part left. Customer service is last thing in their mind  |
