u got info how and wat this is?

most dielectric pelt i know is sandwich between waterblock and the chipset..
but how this work? it seems like a pump or part of d loop component...how it works?
does it use to cool down the entire loop?

now i know wat it does..
my knowledge of TEC is those sandwich between waterblock and chipset only.. lol..under 1 loop..

guess this is crazy..u'll end up with high electricity bills and a system full of tubing and tiny little balck and red wire running around.
wat a mess. lol...

is there any alternative to cool down watercooling loop?? probably by 5-10c lower than ambient? will tat need insulant?
