walk in interviews are for lower positions, office clark for example(they wont do walk in for managerial position)in which thousands of people might qualify for that post. thus thousands of resume and applicants throwing in,to fill in,say 10 vacant seats for that particular position.

hence they filtered the resume in rather basic proportion, such as education, ability to speak fluent english, able to work long hours, last but not least, your look(Means handsome/Pretty or not,yes they do have this "look" column ranging from 1 to 5 for the HR personal to tick)

for those who successfully stand out the crowd, they will gone through more advance interview questions.
those who failed, they either put them in file for future reference or just shredded it.

they only note down the most important part la...they might ask you tons of questions like how you handle pressure?how you meet the deadline?how you improve yourself?where do you see yourself in 5 years time...bla bla bla...but infact they only put them in one point. in the 'how well the candidate answering questions' column, and rate them 1 to 5.they rate you in general for 1st interview than more specific in 2nd and 3rd if it happens any.they might ask the same questions too.
