What is ur investment strategy?

Buy Lot15 and bleed out cash every month and hope it would appreciate to 1400 psf in the next 10 years?

Buy ss15 at 850psf to compete and have rental war with menara rajawali, myplace apartment and multiple shoplot student accommodations for the reduced number of students?

Please let me know ur strategy. I would like to learn.

highly doubt it is 80% sold. several permanent signboard were erected around the nearby area to show people where the showroom is.

Upon vped....buyers all lost money.....char pun tak ada.

Not sure when it was put up. But sure it was put up after claiming 80% sales.

Herd mentality & Kiasu culture lo. All developer using this propaganda.

Not many of us can see thru and rise above these cheap tactics.
