When some ppl damn 7 confident about what he say and tell the whole world about it, but fact is he never check what he say... this is EGO. If things nvr confirm but talk so confident, how can ppl trust what you say in the future? bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

That is consider cheap there. The face in unit is depend on your own preference. Some ppl like some ppl dont. If for cantara i like the facing in also cause its big and got things to see. But for lot15 not so sure what u can see.

I see. So the higher price 800~900psft are those units facing outside? Most probably can only see neighbours at the front block and wave hi

Im not sure about the facing in price. Never asked before. Facing subang jaya is more exp than facing glenmarie. Which type are u referring to? issit the superdeal?

yea concrete views hahaha.. either see ppl's roof, tnb or highway. I checked level 29 at lot15 aerial view.. Like that for type G very high floor only can see the greenery of KGNS, the rest is concrete. Facing inside if the view is nice is ok. Cause is confirm forever like that, if facing out, we dont know what will be built in front of it in the future. Might be something more eye sore ranting.gif

I believe if can choose.. no one would prefer facing another block of building.... if your curtain is open... the other side can see what you are doing..

To me personally... the best view for Lot 15 is either the Type G 20+ floor above which face the subang lake (I think the 10-15 floor of type G might be facing the flyover which is a GG view)

The other one would be the corner units (level 10-15) that faces Glenmarie. I believe it would look something like this :

It's not too high up where you can't see jack shit and it is not too low where you can't have a wide view.

at night the street lights and seeing the cars moving would be quite nice. The practical part would be day time you can see whether the highway is jam or not so you can time yourself when you need to go out.

The subang view should be quite ok also.. it would look something like this

True but will the price difference justify the different view? Maybe will effect subsale later, but rental wise might not be so might different. Idk

That land highlighted looks like the road. The cadangan also is pengangkutan kepada komersil n kediaman.

The pt35 is owned by sime

I see. No wonder the plot look a bit strange. If mpsj approve that cadangan then probably will be the most strategic mix-development in sjcc notworthy.gif notworthy.gif
