I think Belgravia is a bit off for such a development.

This is a name of a very posh district in Central London.

according to the SA in Lot15, DTO 1 is the land beside Isola.
Went to the DTO launching today, got a free wallpaper from korea wallpaper when registered with them. also won a vacuum flask from SD. easily won due to low attendance.

The land next to Isola can't really build a high density apartment. I've signed up to participate for the DTO_01 project and based on the photos, it seems like it need quite a big land size.

Isola that area has a few benefits, close walking distance to Empire and also subang parade. Can't really walk to Big Aeon or Train Station unless you don't mind >1km distance walk (doable but not comfortable)

Another downside of that location is it is 1 way street from the main road, hence if you want to drive to aeon, you need to turn 1 big round.

Also, that area is not exactly quiet seeing that Toyota service center is just right in front and that area is often quite jam.

Personally, I felt that the best location for the whole stretch of SS16 is the Subang Saujana. Close enough to walk to the train, subang parade, big aeon and even empire. Far enough from the train station to escape from the noise.

anyone can share how HOC 10% discount works? saw some infographic on FB by REDHA indicating the 10% discount by developer will be the price to be in SPA. if that's the case, the SPA price will be lower and easier for me to get bank loan for lot 15.
if still indicating original price on SPA and offset the 10%, then i cant touch lot 15...

They will use price without discount. I asked about the hoc. He said the spa price is already lower than the apdl price, so that is how they get the hoc.

Macam not early hahaha. Im not so sure cause never follow any high rise progress previously. What do you think about the progress? Currently looks like @ level 6

Hope like Isola, all got fat LAD payouts.
Just sharing, I attended AGM 2 weeks ago at Isola, strata titles scheduled to come out in Oct 2019. rclxms.gif
SDP is ok in these area. Quality is another story as it is dependent on main con.

Well SA after SA all seem to say it would be delivered at least 1 quarter earlier. Spoke with one of their project managers he seems optimistic it would be delivered 6 months ahead of schedule.

Looking at the construction site and progress, I'm not that hopeful.

any project started ground work b4 or soon after sale is generally safe.
