use VLC Media Player if u wanna capture a screenshot of a movie...
get it here... VLC website
-right click the scene u want, and click Snapshot...
-it will automatically save the image in My Documents>My Pictures
-filename vlcsnap-ANYNUMBER.png (default in PNG format but u can configure it to save it in jpg by default)

OR

if u wanna capture multiple screenshots(image sequence) of a movie... use Image Grabber II... google it..

hahaha bobtiang , its ok for u to tumpang ... it is good to ask questions and improves our knowledges restlessly.

Santeria , I appreciated your replies , i have visited the website u gave , VLC , the software is useful indeed , but i still have a small problem .

When i was playing a video file in VLC , i try to pause the playing in certain moment , it always delaying for like maybe few secs to pause the screen after i clicked the pause button. why this happened ?

Is it my video firmware problem or the file, I tried various type of video files and test the pause delay , some file pause quickly , but some are not , it take up sometime to pause ... the file delaying the most is WMV files , do I need to convert this file format to others for ensuring I can pause the screen accurately ?

well Shin-Trance.. in that case u can try Frameshots... it is not free but it will solve your problem... get it at http://www.frame-shots.com/

*VLC sometimes have some issues with WMV format... it's supposed to be no problem since VLC Media Player are the great media player that could play any video format without installing codecs...

bobtiang... no problem dude... anytime...
