get this. simplest recipe:

10ml of this
5ml of VG
5ml of flavouring

should get you about 6mg since it's been 50% diluted with flavouring (+PG normally) and VG. I add in 5ml VG because I'm a cloud junkie, like some flavours and asap kapal laut

flavourings can get it there as well (they have TPA) or simply from supermarkets or bakery shops, as long as it's PG-based, water-based and not oil-based (nanti rasa macam burnt satay).... which is about 90% of the flavourings available. usually about RM2-3 each, murah nak mampos. nak mampos pon lagi mahal

as for recipes, like the mother's milk everybody's been talking about in this thread, is available online. or just add 1 flavour and done.

add in vanilla, and it'll taste like ice cream, like many paddlepop juices available locally. add in menthol crystals (about RM5 per packet in pharmacies) to have that minty taste. setel.

I got my 500ml 50/50 12mg from vaperstuff, and i still have some left after months of vaping. so it's like, RM100 + RM50 (just guessing, about 20 x 30ml bottles of flavours) from bakery shop, and lasted me for like 5 months of vaping 30-60ml a day.

try the same amount with the disposable ecigs and see how long can it lasts

be very careful when using Flavour Arts, as most if not all of their flavours contains diacetyl. unless you want to get popcorn lungs, or wanna experience lung transplants later in life, avoid them.

Diacetyl[1] is a butter flavoring used in some food products like butter, butterscotch, butter flavoured popcorn and some alcoholic beverages. It has also found it's way into the ingredients of some e-lquids. The FDA and the EU regard it as GRAS (Generally recognized as safe) and permit it for consumption though it has come to light it might not be suitable for inhaling:
The United States National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health has suggested that diacetyl, when used in artificial butter flavoring (as used in many consumer foods), may be hazardous when heated and inhaled over a long period.
Workers in several factories that manufacture artificial butter flavoring have been diagnosed with bronchiolitis obliterans, a rare and serious disease of the lungs. The cases found have been mainly in young, healthy, non-smoking males. There are no known cures for bronchiolitis obliterans except for lung transplantation.
While several authorities have called the disease "Popcorn Worker's Lung," a more accurate term suggested by other doctors may be more appropriate, since the disease can occur in any industry working with diacetyl: diacetyl-induced bronchiolitis obliterans.
