the wind bounty came 3 times in a row =.=

btw is it good for atker for both water and wind element?

what does effect acc really do? i dont see much effect after equipping the runes. Here's my scenario:

Water bounty hunter Chain Fire skill
it shoots 2 arrows and attacks again with 25% chance.

so with a total of 63% effect Acc, i cant seem to see much differences.

hmm.. wind bounty hunter or water bounty is more offensive?

okay noted.. they look cool though.. xD
