Anything that involves a probability will never work wid affect acc.

Effect acc works with cc and weakening effect. Stuns, freezes etc.

I wanna reach lvl 35 by today, top 100 in arena.

That makes 300 + 300 gems. Den with my saved up 168 gems I CAN GACHA~~~~
