so what is the diffrent then?

normal runes on +3, +6, +9, +12 they will have additional attributes.

legend runes on the other hand already have the attributes, therefore on +3, +6, +9, +12 ur secondary attributes upgrade.

Higher star means stronger primary attribute.

Higher grade on the other hand means you have more bonus attribute. For eg, if you get a magic rune, you will notice 1 extra bonus attribute..rare = 2 bonus attribute etc etc.
When you power up your rune to +3.6.9.12..chances are those bonus attribute that are already present in the rune will be powered up instead of new attributes showing up as in the case of powering up a normal rune.

yeah they are applying the patch now, there is an announcement in game before this but i just couldn't remember when it will finish lol
