old, age wise yes, but i kept it running optimally. Still looks 9/10 and I don't use casings, only screen protector. Well, i tend to take very good care of my gadgets. Anyway, performance wise, it is still smooth, running 4.3 stock and I don't simply install those rubbish apps that might have otherwise choked the phone's performance, even uninstalled/freezed those apps that were pre-installed. Maybe that's why it still runs well for me. So, nope, not slow nor laggy that kinda thing.

So yeah, performance wise i'm still happy with the s3, and isn't the driving factor for me to change to a new phone. Because maybe those newer phones might run apps at like few miliseconds faster only? I'm talking about it practically. Like say when it's really choky and sluggish then yes, but that isn't a problem with my current S3. Would like more than it being able to perform miliseconds faster than the S3 as a reason to change(and it is understandable since it's almost a 2 year old phone?)

Anyway, i read that the Mi3 only has 16gb internal storage? So that's +-12gb or so usable storage? Do they sell the 64gb variant? Because that amount of storage would really stop me from changing to the Mi3 as I have lots of photos/videos and over 1k+ songs. So it's definitely something to take into consideration..

You must have the English proficiency of a 12 year old then. I did say Samsung's pretty good(which is why i am still happy with it), but i also did not say that Samsung is the best. If I use an S3 but have an iPad and uses a Mac, what does that make me then? Or do you just blindly label everyone who gives a positive opinion about Samsung as "Sammy fans"?
