Hi guys, is there an offline gps navigation/map application for Android? I'm using Windows phone with Here Maps which is awesome. However, i haven't been able to find an equivalent app for the Mi3 :/

But my sister's last android phone with 512 RAM lag like shit when she only have Viber, facebook and whatapps. When delete all 3 apps, with free RAM increase, no lag.

Good, now I get the answer. Now I know that Android had improved with their RAM management since ICS. Thanks for telling, because i never use any ICS or JB before. Really u are right, my sister phone is gingerbread, which really sucks in RAM management. And ya, I installed greenify for her still no luck. Then she change to iPhone with better RAM management and no problem.
I can see that MIUI also has very good RAM management because ppl here keep saying that we should not care about free RAM. Sorry I'm outdated

so if u intend to juz buy 1 item (example: 1 mikey/mijian) from taobao and ship here,
u suggest u guys buy from garage sales better

mi3 battery optimization is poor i think,their camera optimization also not great(compare to samsung),but that will improve,because they release build after build by adding feature(gallery feature this week),and certainly will not stop as long as miui continue to support(xiaomi mi-1 still supported till now)

regarding ur storage concern,i think thats the deal breaker,mi3 out of the box have 13gb+,but as a ex micro sd card user(32gb),you might find it not enough.
my work around is carry a very tiny sd card reader in my pocket,music on my internal storage,and want watch big gb movie,just use the combo(sd card reader)

my suggestion will be,just grab one later(hard to do it next time) then decide,you can give to your brother 1st,if you like it,just exchange later,im sure he be happy coz its free
