My screen is haunted!

I turned off n took a flight to somewhere.
After turning on, it is less responsive.
Reboot a few time then touch screen start to move by itself.

It only stopped after i turn off for a minute.
Turn on back, then it is ok until now

My screen ia haunted again.
Put inside the pocket then after a few minute unlock it.
The screen went haywire n unresponsive.
Then it reboot by itself
