the frame inside is anodized aluminium, the phone body(outside case) is actually plastic
and stock rom will be in 4.3,
4.4 rom still in development, haven being release as stable rom yet

not in my case,its more responsive than my previous phone,besides,it got glove mode if u think normal is not sensitive enough
