only developer rom(full pack rom) will get OTA update? i am using international rom pack, but on update when i check on phone... or because i using mobile data? or only wifi then will appear?

TS,
Please pin ths to first page.
That's because you don't know what you are doing! Uninstall the playstore completely.
1. Install Google Account Manager
2. Install Google Service Framework
3. Install Google Play Services
4. Open the Security app -> permissions -> Auto-start management -> add the listed apps from above and ALLOW them
5. Reboot your device. 6. Install google play store and it will work fine.
