to be precise additional system partition for a safety purpose including both system 1 n 2. if u upgrade fw using updater app, it will update new rom in other system partition u currently running (if u currently running system 1, it will update and reboot to system 2 and vice versa). it mean, it swap between those 2 partitions. that is why, system 2 not always as a backup.

u can set cycle by editing a date based on your billing period which u can refer to your telco. im using digi and my billing period ending on 15th, so i set data cycle based on that. it will reset back to 0, thus u can monitor your monthly usage efficiently

put it back into that folder in your phone. u still need "backup" apps to restore. it mean, your phone must be functional. in case u stuck or bootloop, u can copy the backup file into pc by accessing recovery and using adb mode. u can use pull function which u can refer to other adb guide
