Hmm..depend on your hearing..I would suggest get a woofer with a amp.
RM400 really can't do much. Well, might get a cheap amp.

If possible to invest more, just an amp to blast the woofer, the rest use direct from HU. I use to have that kind of setup. Not bad for low budget. =)

Hmm..rock music...1 4ch amp and a woofer should be good enough I guess. IMO, 2 ch use front and rear, 2 ch use on woofer should be fine. Just have to make sure the amp is sufficient power to boost. Can get it done like RM800-RM1k.

RAAMmat sound proof, never try before. I use to use Dynamat(spelling correct?) the black colour wording for my old car. How's the outcome as compare both RAAMmat and Dynamat?

Well, sound proof does improve the bass. And solid sound environment. But for Dynamat is very costly. As I know current market value had increase 30% as compare to the time I purchase.

Hmm..Can try it with a 4 ch amp without sub. Just make sure is sufficient. Test out and see does it meet your requirement. That can be done with RM400.

Well... RAAMmat works the same way as Dynamat, but it's slightly(very slightly, in fact) thinner than Dynamat Extreme but it's waaay cheaper in terms of cost/square feet compared to Dynamat Extreme.
