hey guy, anyone of you have ever overclocked this model of cpu and mobo ?

i am intended to overclock it at 3.5 ghz.
but i have no idea of overclock. such as how much voltage of cpu need to be & etc

or you guy have very good resource for newbie to learn how to overclock ?

although I don't know how to overclock, but too high speed will reduce down your pc life
especially your motherboard and processor

First Gen i5 OC is base on FSB if i'm not wrong.
