hello. guys put my name in list , just bought an e398 with w800 mp inside. i also dunno what the lenglui said about teh upgrade. s/w version is R373_G0E.30.48R . isit from rokr version or still e398

R373 is a firmware based on ROKR E1 version. original e398 firmware is based on R372 version. Welcome here....

just sold my k800i and wanna try motorola phone kakakkak
hope some one can help me how to fix ... the my maxis gone replaced by 'w800' word. " .. anyone facing coverage sometimes got problem ... got distortion ...

Anyone know how to flash to r373?

I couldn't seem to find the guide anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.

One more thing, r373 faster and more stable than r372?
Because my bro's phone keeps freezing whenever the phone starts to load java apps, videos and sometimes even when it boots.

I've tried the v398 flash and forget, so far the problem still persist.
If flashing to r373 would fix the problem then would anyone be so kind to teach me how >_>

im using R373..i flash it using the same way tyenfei flash my old phone...using flashbackup..at first when there's a new message while im listening to itunes,my phone hang...but now i hardly encountered the problem..

do u still have d K800 ? how much ? i have a L7 to trade in if u still have one

Sometimes when I wanna download files, some error/invalid page pops up.

halllo...im modding my e398...s/w r372_g_0e.20.95ra....my prob is my phone dead...i have force boot and it did...but tha bl screen ses...boot looader 07.do s/w not found! how to solve this

download the "bootloader" file on www.e398.com. Reflash it with this file.. or you can undo back your last flash by full backup.

eh....the bootloader is working nicely

u can see that in his post he say 'Bootloader 07.D0,s/w not found'

just connect to the pc and restore backup/flash again
