wow, u were really lucky! best i can find at hp shop is rm299 and its with charger only, housing is like crap too!! n there is still some of them selling at rm458??!! i mean wt* new is like rm450 only! n the bet part is, phone n charger only too!

yeahh same design but e398 can mod to be E1 and have the same functions. The different only its greater display 256k display + one button.. lol.. what's wrong with E2?

it's so great to mod the E398 'coz not only can use ROKR E1 firmware R373, but also can use another moto phone firmware R373 6xR, 7xR...

i think you should wait till 2nd hand stock available

Yeahh, that's why modding is so important for me.. Because of that i never bored play with this phone.. Sometimes i seeking for problem too.. hahaha... Because if there's no problem so you wouldn't know how to settle them.. lol...
The latest ROKR E1 firmware is still 49R so far, released end of last year...

ya saw few at lelong up for bidding, 5 more days to go, if i dun get the s700i (which is full package too) ill bid for it!

luckily s700i dun loose out with games

ill get the e398 if my gf wish to use s700i but its abit too bulky for her tho

basically the e398 have cheaper memory card and bigger storage space
(memory card wise) ...lol

ya....s700i is crap with mem....128mb is the max n its duo not pro duo!

then again, you set the ringtone from the internal memory ..which uh triple the e398 wan .lol

yeahh but after mod can save up more memory space, delete those unneeded files for ringtones purpose

and my fren in singapore say the shop near his house sells a 1 gig kingston MicroSD at s$15 and SD at s$13
