hi there , any sifu can list out for me mon to friday workout program ? i resting on sat and sunday..
example
monday : chest tuesday : back wednesday : shoulder thursday : leg friday : triceps and biceps
or 1 day can do mix chest + back or any two type workout a day .... i have no idea..

mon : biceps + chest + kardio tue : biceps + back + kardio wed : back + triceps + kardio thur : triceps + shoulder + kardio friday : leg + leg + leg
Mix the work out activity...but different muscle workout...otherwise, waste ur energy.. and focus to one or two muscle only per session...don't jumble up everything in one session.

Read on any 5 day splits program if you want to train 5 times a week. Since you are a beginner, I would suggest to look on Stronglifts 5x5 or Pull and Push workout.

Once a while hit a full body workout , it feels good lol . Usually if i hit a full body workout i separate my upper and lower . Cheers !
