No idea about the Exec's equipment list, but you can opt to buy the Persona Elegance electric side mirrors from Proton/spare part shop and get either Proton or a workshop/accessory shop to install for you, though if it's a new car I'd bring it back to Proton to retain the warranty.
The sound I had from the back was the metal creaking noise that went Eekk whenever a passenger was sitting and moving on the right of the rear seats. I solved that by removing the seats (pretty easy, just that with our weather it's uncomfortable), placing newspaper and cotton at first before switching to Insulflex and sticking it around the metal parts that the seat will be lying on.

Your sound..... No idea. You could try taking off the door trims and using some sort of tape or glue or sticky stuff to hold the door trim clips in place to see if that helps. They don't all sit tight on their designated spots, so it might be them making rattling noise. Otherwise maybe it's related to your suspension system .

Dashboard vibration issue... The furthest you can check into the dash is the spot behind the radio and the middle control unit. If you wish to go further you'll need to remove the entire dashboard. It might also be the metal clips of the top cover above the middle air-vents that are rattling because they're loose. If they're the source of the noise it can be easily solved by placing thin double sided tape over each of the cover's legs before placing the clips over the legs. The middle cover can be taken off easily with your fingernails or a flat screwdriver, but make sure it's one with a big width, else you'll risk breaking/deforming the cover itself.

If you got Caltex station, just buy from there. Sure original. Castrol is another fav but with tons of fake outside, not safe unless you get from a well known original source.

Last time I use PETRONAS also say ok, very good, powerful enuf although hear ppl complain, gua tak paham..

Then when switch to Havoline after FOC service over and compare, then only realise PETRONAS gives really noticeable vibration, less pickup, more noisy especially when accelerating. When using PETRONAS that time tak notis pun...

is there anything needs to be taken care of aside from regular maintenance?

current plan is wait until it hits 140 000km, then change to either Ecosport or Focus

Most of owners here who used Cusco swears by it. However it is quite difficult to get a steady supply of this lube.

If you can get a steady supply of this lube (ORIGINAL), then Cusco it is.
