Ok. Another thing is,  I did my 16k  mileage service today, which is my 4th service.

But then, for the 20k major service, they write there I need only do the major service at  24k+ mileage. I felt pelik, I thought its 20k mileage for major service? I didnt ask them why its 24k.

well, my bro in law just change his Exora brake pads (front) costly about RM300 , change it at SC rawang

in addition he said to avoid those cheap brake pads , it will make brake disc got calar calar one..

My guess is that it's because the Vios uses EPS instead of a HPS system.

I don't think I have ever change water pump for all my cars unless there is any issue. Why PE have to change?

You are supposed to change gear oil and brake oil on every 20K service.

7. power steering fluid drained and filled up

you have to understand the meaning of AUTHORISED SC.
authorised SC is a standalone SC that given the right. they managed their own business. claim warranty doesn't bring income to they. another extra work. Y should they bother. u have to understand that. but sure u say they got plotong authority so be responsible la. but in the end, who want to say to them? but they are many responsible SC out there.
just my 2 syilings.

like u said, last time it's your past experiences, that related to your knowledge that it's a common problem. u should corrected this in the future.

i meant :
customer do not pay a single cent for claimed warranty, and neither do PROTON pay the SC to do the job
small SC also charge for brake fluid change also when claim warranty for drum brake warranty replacements.

workshop got income when got AUTHORIZED, when it comes to service (people paying money for changing EO, OF etc. under warranty)

Recommendations
