budget berapa? what is ur current shoe? narrow or wide foot?

kasi up sikit. my shoe recommendations will last more than a year easily provided u have decent footwork.

Asics Gel Rocket, less than RM200 but not really made for wide feet and bad lateral support.

Asics Gel Domain, about RM220. awesome lateral support. bought a pair like half a year ago. alternating between this and Gel Blast.

lateral support is essential when moving sideways. Rocket tends to topple over more easily (hence, sprained ankle). Domain excels in this, compared to Rocket.

i was in rembau that time... drive like 10km+ only found 1 petronas...   
erm... 80+ la i dun remember much bout it... terror caught me... lol i never been to the place and my phone die... cannot use gps or call for help...

go with full tank. reached there, planned to fill up but found no petrol station then drive around in the area for few days and suddenly realise it's going to b EMPTY... who knows suddenly phone die... but then lucky that the ketua kampung i met on the road bring me to the one and only petrol station 10km+ away kampung ppl are juz too nice!!!

Hi, im going for my 4th service soon, i thinking of pumping ron97 all the way, should I change the engine oil from semi syn to fully syn in order to have optimal performance for ron 97? or just stick with semi syn will do???

is it true that ron97 won't make much different to persona? planning to change if it will make difference in fc/engine performance...

ron97 fuel habis. 

i think air-cond auto off at 140km/h@4krpm..
