you have to think that you are getting free upgrade.
Just glad thay Time gave us this free upgrade.
They can always say that you need to finish the exisitng contract with existing speed. And you need to sign up to 2 year contract if you want to upgrade to new speed. If do not want to upgrade then you just continue with existing package.

Like you buy a car in Feb, and then in Mar, there is a special promo price, you bought in Feb will not get the discount.

If our WiFi speed is lower than LAN speed, it is not TIME issue, right? It is an issue with out equipment, -> router or our devices.

For me using LAN, getting the full 100mbps speed. Check with torrent for both up and download speed, full 10MB/s. No throttling.
