QUOTE(tritonite @ Nov 3 2015, 07:31 PM) More accurately, they have gotten tired of using the brainless 'Stay tuned for good news, bro!' response This post has been edited by theberry: Nov 5 2015, 01:27 AMIn any case, at this point, probably the only way they can reduce their prices further without cutting into their significant profits is to eliminate more technical maintenance and support staff. u are wrong at this point. different response come from people with different background. like u said is almost from finance perspective. there are many factors that contributes to the success of the firm.- productive team- instead of cutting staff introduce more products linked to their business like their own IPTV with great content, aiya its all productivity la, good quality of product/service with superb customer service, proactively looking for exciting valued added services to customers, 24months contract is always turn down, most importantly, invest for better infrastructure and the VOLUME. "i know what are u going to response:THE OBSTACLES - MONOPOLY, government regulation, tongkat I think we've all noticed in the past dozen pages in this thread that they are already making their own subscribers do their technical investigation and troubleshooting for them. if the service is running smoothly, why there are so many subs complain this and that? like so many cases regard to low speed on europe serves. i am sure there are experts in the relevant team who can figure the root of the problem right but they are not willing to solve the problem by just giving reasons bla bla bla bla., luckily not like others putting blame on each others. If they cut any more staff, they may start asking people to hand deliver the traceroutes, latency reports and other technical data to their location in Shah Alam and then explain step-by-step to their staff there how to resolve the issues. |
