Yes and the worst thing is that i renewed my contract 1 year ago cause i was still paying RM299 for the 30 mbps package zzzz

They better do something about it else everyone is just going to terminate the broadband services from astro

I think mine should be somewhere there cause i just read the policies - its RM100 per month of remaining contract months.

RM1200 would mean 1 entire year left of contract.

I am not paying RM1200 for termnation fees lol. What we can only do is hope Astro changes their broadband strategy during this 1 year.

Guess im just gonna wait it out for the next 7-8 months paying the unnecessary price.

Couldn't agree with you more. Would have signed out on the first day if i wasn't tied to a contract for another year!

For those concerned Astro IPTV users out there,

I have just stopped by the Astro centre @ Mid Valley and checked with them if they have any plans to upgrade the internet speed. Their sales agents told me that they indeed will upgrade the line next month onward but still unsure about the pricing of the packages and told me to check the sites for updates on April. He also told me TIME has to make the first move and they will follow shortly after.

Whether or not thats true, im not entirely sure, but at least we have a glimmer of hope

Bro yeapch01, if you got any updates with the astro iptv deals, please let me know as well, been waiting for an update from them.
