I'm still reading through the thread, but any suggestions on alternative router (since jjj2 told me that the official router kinda sucks when I signed the contract).

If possible, preferably something that supports dd-wrt (might as well start play around with dd-wrt if I'm changing router, back in Unifi I just use the default cokia router haha)

Hmm... just completed my relocation service... just a few hours later suddenly the internet is down, LOS light blinking steadily, TEL1 also blinking (slower)

Last few hours even when turning router off and on multiple times doesn't work. Should I just call CS or is there anything I can fix on my end?

Update: called CS, all they did was tell me to pull the optical cable, switch off on, then when the LOS light still blink they just said to hold for a report number and they'll get back to me in 24 hours. Very frustrating lah, waited over a month for relocation already, within a few hours problem...

Hello, just moved to new place in Damansara Damai. Checked my area is covered, but not sure on the services and performance for TIME.

Have been using Unifi for years, so far no problem, no disconnect, no modem blinking all. The reason got attracted cause TIME offered better packages which is RM130 for 8mbps while Unifi RM149 for 5mbps.

Read the thread saw TIME are using modem known as Linksys E1200 Router, and giving alot of problems?

For me is just normal usage, like streaming and online. Will it lagged when stream for Youtube with 1080p resolution video?

I was wondering, do you know about Time's future plans with regards to what condo next to be connected with Time Fiber? My condo is currently under construction (Seri Riana in Wangsa Maju, KL). I wonder if that condo is planned to have Time Fiber once it's completed.

i scared now. finally astro got off their lazy ass and installed my IPTV/Internet after 4 weeks [!], and now hearing the e1200 is troublesome. gives me a good reason to get an AC router 

also, question for all the masters here. are there specific lan ports for the IPTV boxes to be connected on the ONU? i did some rearranging and had to move around all the equipments, and when i plug the astro stb into LAN1/2, it didnt work. 3/4 only seems to work.

to all taiko here... time is coming to install at my condo this saturday..i got a few question... im getting asus rt-ac87u wireless router , i think it should be supported as ac66u is supported as well... just want to ask.. how to setup my asus router ya?? any guidance here?? (ordered the router but haven't got it yet so most probably cant ask the installer to setup for me)

or should i get this router NETGEAR Nighthawk X6???
