but most of the time when the internet is not working
i have to off and on the modem and problem resolved

astro no problem at all

Problem Facing (Categorize into 2 major known problems) :
1) Frequent/Intermittent Connection Drop (Connection auto connect back).
2) Intermittent Hang, Unable to Obtain IP Address from Router (Restart Router solves the problem, Problem comes back after some whiles).

mainly problem 2
most of the time, restart router and problem solves, then recur, restart and repeat >.<

edit : its shown on my laptop its connected to the modem but no internet connection, restart router and problem solves
