Upload, depends if you need 8 or 15mbps upload smile.gif

Don't forget time will be apply +-20% speed on its line, means you might get around 6.4mbps or 12mbps...

Hey, I do so much tech sharing on time. I don't mind if time pay me on this whistling.gif

Well. I think most of Telco will reduce it... If compare with regional rate... we are far more expensive....

I beg to differ, based on our daily monitoring, I'd take +-10%.

How I wish we both get paid...lolxx.

Thus far time line is ok....I am happy with it...

Welcome the price deduction and let our finger cross... I don't hope much but at least it can go lower 6% (absorb the GST maybe)

For 8Mbps line, you can get 7.5Mbps average
For 15Mbps line, you can get 13.7Mbps average

Speed boost can give me average 45mbps

Maybe can someone else share the speed of 20Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50Mbps or 100 Mbps?

I am new user...

You can see my signature on HW that I use... tplink... optional to Asus router. Based on network review, it is on par with latest asus Ac68U. Some win some left behind. Average DL throughput can go 201++ Mbps, while asus AC68U 202Mbps for wireless AC.

If time provide 300Mbps speed, we might need to change back to wire instead of WIFI as WIFI cannot catch up thus fast speed tongue.gif

always refer here...

Thanks is y I choose TPlink, cheap... that time they even give free WIFI receiver worth RM99 but it is AC1200 only

http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/tools/charts/router/view

check the WIFI 5G download. Only 5G can get us >100Mbps

router plus you need client receiving part...

This is a total near to 1k solution...

If want cheap, cable will do. If you don't mind the messy cable...

But if you get the normal package.... The default router should be ok, as it will go average to 48Mbps....

another optional choice...

Mi router!!! AC1167, price range RM130++ I think

For client site, I still prefer the Asus PCE AC68, like the external antenna RM350++. Optional should be USB3 dongle, but max AC1200 speed only RM80++.

what la, beside router you also need a PCI card AC or USB wifi AC connect to your PC.

If you use HP, there will be a build in 5GHz WIFI

Hi Ree,

Thanks for your feedback!

What Torrent Client you're using ? i'm using qBittorrent !

Do you have to Port Forward or something ?
my guess is No cause the Modem is using UPNP .
Guys & Gals,

Don't be disappointed if TIME is Not Available in your area!

I'm having problems as well with my TIME connection too !  icon_question.gif

i'm a Previous user with TM & Maxis ! ( no i'm not an Agent with TM or Maxis )

i find that those two have a More Stable Download Speed !

I am using tplink D9, no need to set any port forwarding, it have a feature of auto open port thumbup.gif

I know it is troublesome when set port forwarding, previously using dlink, tplink 300 and Linksys.... But AC router D9 give me a totally diff view... Multiple simultaneous connection without hang/freeze on router... Previously from time to time need to reset router cause hang issue... now no more
